The guidance and support is much more effective than a Whole30 by yourself. 15 days is long enough to see a difference, but short enough that you can do it. I have done several meal plans and this was the first meal plan that the food was delicious (every recipe) and I felt satisfied after each meal and could make it to the next meal without want to snack all day. I learned that I do love vegetables, I just needed the right recipes. Through this program I said "no" to a lot of things. I did not feel like I was denying myself, I felt like I was choosing myself first. I was choosing for myself to feel better.
